05 - Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
06 - Grill shrimp skewers for 2–3 minutes per side, or until shrimp are opaque and lightly charred.
07 - Remove from grill, squeeze fresh lemon juice over the top, sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired, and serve immediately with lemon wedges.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The marinade comes together in under five minutes but tastes like you've been working on it for hours
  • These shrimp cook so fast that you can have dinner on the table in under 30 minutes even with prep time
02 -
  • Don't marinate the shrimp for longer than 15 minutes or the acid will start to break down the texture
  • Shrimp cook incredibly fast, and there's nothing worse than rubbery overcooked shrimp, so watch them closely
03 -
  • Pat the shrimp dry before adding them to the marinade so the spices stick better
  • Preheat your grill properly and oil the grates to prevent sticking
