01 - Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Unroll crescent dough and divide into 8 triangles.
03 - Place one sausage at the wider edge of each triangle and roll tightly toward the tip.
04 - Set wrapped sausages point-side down on prepared baking sheet. Brush tops with melted butter and sprinkle with poppy or sesame seeds if desired.
05 - Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden and puffed.
06 - Let rest for several minutes before serving. Present warm with your choice of dipping sauces.
