# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • It creates that vacation feeling right in your own kitchen without needing a plane ticket.
  • The balance of bitter and sweet is sophisticated yet incredibly easy to achieve.
02 -
  • Never shake this drink because you will lose all the carbonation that makes it special.
  • Using cheap sparkling wine will ruin the balance, so grab a decent Prosecco.
03 -
  • If you prefer a drier drink, swap the Aperol for Campari to increase the bitter edge.
  • Always pour the Prosecco before the Aperol to preserve the fizz.
