# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • This is my breakfast hack when I crave something both nourishing and a little bit fancy.
  • The overnight soak means busy mornings are suddenly less frantic (and far more delicious).
02 -
  • Once I rushed and used quick oats – big mistake; it turned mushy like baby food, so stick to old-fashioned rolled oats.
  • Letting the oats rest at least 8 hours brings out the full spicy fragrance and perfect creamy bite – don’t skimp on the chill time.
03 -
  • Mix in the fruit and nuts after combining the wet and dry ingredients so they keep their texture overnight.
  • A little pinch of salt seems simple but it truly unlocks all the warm, sweet flavors.
