Garlic Butter Lobster Tails (Printable Version)

Broiled lobster tails with garlic butter, ready in 25 minutes for an elegant dinner at home.

# What You Need:

→ Seafood

01 - 4 lobster tails (about 6 oz each), thawed if frozen

→ Garlic Butter

02 - 6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 1 tsp lemon juice
06 - ½ tsp paprika
07 - ¼ tsp salt
08 - ¼ tsp freshly ground black pepper

→ Garnish

09 - Lemon wedges, for serving
10 - Extra chopped parsley (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Preheat oven broiler to high heat and position oven rack in the upper third of the oven.
02 - Using kitchen shears, cut down the center of the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping at the tail fin. Gently lift the meat from the shell, keeping it attached at the base, and rest it on top of the shell.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
04 - Place prepared lobster tails on a foil-lined baking sheet. Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the exposed lobster meat.
05 - Broil for 8–10 minutes until meat is opaque and slightly browned, basting with remaining butter mixture halfway through cooking.
06 - Serve immediately with lemon wedges and additional fresh parsley sprinkled on top.
