# What You Need:

→ Dairy

01 - 1 cup heavy whipping cream, cold
02 - 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain or vanilla

→ Sweetener

03 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar
04 - 1 tsp vanilla extract

→ Berries

05 - 1 1/2 cups mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries)

→ Garnish (optional)

06 - 2 tbsp chopped pistachios or almonds
07 - Fresh mint leaves

# Directions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
02 - Gently fold in the Greek yogurt until the mixture is smooth and fluffy.
03 - Place half of the mixed berries at the bottom of 4 serving glasses or bowls.
04 - Spoon or pipe half of the yogurt cream mixture over the berries.
05 - Add the remaining berries as a second layer, followed by the rest of the yogurt cream.
06 - Garnish with chopped nuts and fresh mint leaves if desired.
07 - Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving for best texture, or serve immediately.
