# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Everything you love about Caesar salad but handheld and infinitely more satisfying
  • The homemade dressing comes together in two minutes and tastes infinitely better than anything from a bottle
  • Perfect for feeding a crowd or meal prepping for the week ahead
02 -
  • Letting the chicken rest for those full 5 minutes is non negotiable, cutting into it immediately will let all the juices escape onto your cutting board instead of staying in the sandwich
  • The dressing actually tastes better if you make it an hour ahead, giving the garlic time to mellow and the flavors time to get acquainted
03 -
  • Pound your chicken breasts to an even thickness before grilling, this ensures they cook evenly so you do not end up with dry edges and undercooked centers
  • Use a vegetable peeler to create beautiful Parmesan shavings instead of grated cheese, they melt slightly against the warm chicken and create these incredible pockets of salty goodness
