02 - 1/2 cup (120 g) plain Greek yogurt

04 - 3/4 cup (100 g) fresh blueberries
05 - 1 tsp lemon zest

→ Sweetener

06 - 2-3 tbsp honey or maple syrup (to taste)
07 - 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

→ Base & Coating

08 - 1/2 cup (50 g) almond flour
09 - 1/4 cup (20 g) unsweetened shredded coconut (optional)

# Directions:

01 - Beat the cream cheese and Greek yogurt together in a medium mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
02 - Add protein powder, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and lemon zest. Mix until fully incorporated.
03 - Gently fold in the fresh blueberries until evenly distributed throughout the mixture.
04 - Stir in almond flour until the mixture firms up. If too soft to handle, refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.
05 - Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, portion the mixture and roll into 1-inch balls.
06 - Roll each bite in shredded coconut for added texture and visual appeal, if desired.
07 - Arrange bites on a parchment-lined tray and refrigerate for at least 1 hour until firm.
08 - Keep in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
